When holidays fall on a weekday, our service schedule changes for our residential and commercial customers.
As a general rule, holidays push our pickup schedules forward one day. For example, if a holiday falls on a Monday,
Monday's routes will be run on Tuesday, Tuesday's routes on Wednesday, and so forth through Saturday. Below we list
the holidays that Republic Waste Services will observe in 2010 causing changes to our regular collection schedules.
New Years Day, Friday, January 1
Memorial Day, Monday, May 31
Fourth of July, Sunday, July 4
Labor Day, Monday, September 6
Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 25
Christmas, Saturday, December 25
